What will happen in 2012, nobody really knows. What we do know is that Kilands Office Systems will continue to offer the same great service, software, & equipment that we have in the past.

Archiving the invoices and journals allows for a paperless office. The term "paperless" means there is no paper. We need to move the journals and invoices to CD's on a regular basis. The nightly backup protects us, except in disaster. Having a CD off premis gives us that extra insurance. We think you should move the journals and invoices at least once a week. The process should take 15 minutes.
